Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and sales presentations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and market trends
- Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, customer service, and finance to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team
Qualifications:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as required
